Nonno’s Kitchen is a father–daughter dream brought to life. Born in New York and rooted in Calabria, Andria and Domenico are passionate about sharing the flavors they grew up with. Together, they craft fresh pasta, simmer rich sauces, and create dishes that stay true to authentic Italian cooking. Their mission is simple — give Texans a taste of the real thing, made with love, tradition, and the finest ingredients. Baked Ziti
You can’t go wrong with a classic. Our baked ziti is made with tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, rich tomato sauce, and layers of melty cheese — all the comfort you need on a plate. Freshly made, ready to heat and eat, and perfect for when you’re hungry for true Italian flavor.
Chicken Parm Panzerotti
When chicken parm meets an empanada… magic happens. These crispy, golden pockets are stuffed with tender chicken, rich marinara, and gooey mozzarella, then topped with fresh basil and Parmesan. Crispy, cheesy, saucy goodness in every bite — straight from Nonno’s kitchen to your table.
Arancini (Italian Rice Balls)
Golden, crispy, and packed with tradition — our homemade arancini are stuffed with seasoned ground beef, peas, and melted cheese, then fried to perfection. Crunchy on the outside, savory and creamy on the inside, they’re just like Nonno remembers from Sicily.
